Codes of Conduct

Codes of Conduct for Teams, Players, Coaches and Parents & Spectotors

These codes establish the basic contract for behavior in this league, for both coaches and players AND parents and spectators.  Once a player joins the team, he or she has made a commitment to abide by these rules.

Match Reporting

Match reports must be submitted to Rugby Virginia by the winning team (or home team in case of a tie) within 48 hours of the completion of the match.

Rugby Virginia Match Results Input Application 

Match Results should be reported by usingthe online Rugby Virginia Match Results Input Application.  

Contact the League Commissioner or the webmaster for the Application URL.

High School Coaches

CONFIRM YOUR REFEREE!
Home team coaches are required to confirm match time and location with the referee allocated for their match by the Wednesday prior to a Saturday match.

Coaching Workshops USA

Periodically during the year, various USA Rugby coching courses are given in Virginia.  These courses are listed on the Rugby Virginia Calendar (on website Homepage) and on the Coach Development page under Coaching Courses.
